Returns & RefundsI first saw the jacket on a friend and thought, hmm, looks good — plus they touted 'Made in USA', I was sold. I hesitated because the price felt high, but went ahead. Jacket turned out not very warm (gloves were useless), and yes, tags showed China. Sent them back via the site tracking, waited three weeks then had to call; refund came but they took a $6.36 restocking fee. Not impressed.
