Productsnug in the shoulders, roomy enough for layers, and it actually kept me warm during an unexpectedly windy walk. Not perfect — delivery was slow and I spent time on the phone — but customer service eventually followed up and sorted things out, which mattered. I've been wearing it on my commutes and to shovel the driveway; the hood is great, the zipper feels solid, and I keep reaching for it and comfy. So yeah, a rocky start, but now I'm pretty happy I waited. Would recommend if you're okay with a bit of delay.
