I’m actually happy with the jacket, but getting it was a pain. I couldn’t place the order during the 25% sale — kept hitting a ‘verify your account’ loop. Emails got the usual ‘we’re working on it’, phones unanswered. Took longer than expected, but it finally arrived and fits my daily commute needs, so yeah, really relieved.

I first saw the jacket on a friend and thought, hmm, looks good — plus they touted 'Made in USA', I was sold. I hesitated because the price felt high, but went ahead. Jacket turned out not very warm (gloves were useless), and yes, tags showed China. Sent them back via the site tracking, waited three weeks then had to call; refund came but they took a $6.36 restocking fee. Not impressed.

snug in the shoulders, roomy enough for layers, and it actually kept me warm during an unexpectedly windy walk. Not perfect — delivery was slow and I spent time on the phone — but customer service eventually followed up and sorted things out, which mattered. I've been wearing it on my commutes and to shovel the driveway; the hood is great, the zipper feels solid, and I keep reaching for it and comfy. So yeah, a rocky start, but now I'm pretty happy I waited. Would recommend if you're okay with a bit of delay.
