the F17 is the best dash cam I've used. I plug it in every morning for my commute and for weekend drives; the GPS speed is dead-on and the mount is so simple I hardly think about it. Support answered fast when I had a small setup hiccup (they fixed it), and nothing else felt solid.

I grabbed this F7N-P after a minor fender-bender and honestly it’s been a relief. The clip saving is my favourite part — I put in a 32GB at first but upgrading to a 128GB fixed the constant overwriting and now I don’t stress about long drives. Setup was a bit fiddly so I had the garage plug it in, and the menu took a minute, but overall very reliable.

it does draw power if left plugged into the 12V, which caught me out, but customer service walked me through a fix and tips. Overall happy, just remember to unplug or use a hardwire kit.

I actually first spotted this on a neighbour’s van and ordered one — it arrived on time and fitting was pretty straightforward. The camera can be mounted inside or out, which is handy. Trouble was the rear mount doesn't allow enough upward tilt; it kept pointing at the wiper, so I made a little spacer to raise it. Works now, but they should really include a tapered adapter. Kinda annoying, but solved.
