ServiceI almost didn’t buy — mixed reviews made me nervous, and honestly my doubts stuck. Used the part last week; at first the rep sounded helpful over the phone. After installation the car started acting up and then the emails stopped. Still waiting for a proper follow-up, not thrilled.

Problem was the support — emails were messy, some files wouldn’t open, so I lost patience and stopped using the setup.
