Late-night fix
Late-night fix
CommunicationHad already installed the replacement when my car started acting weird; delivery itself was actually quick and the package looked fine. Support was slow to reply and I was annoyed, and yeah, after a couple of emails they did offer a partial refund and some troubleshooting help, which I appreciate. Still, check fitment first — I would've saved time. Overall glad it ended up okay, even with the hassle.

Sitting in the driveway, wondering if I made a mistake
Communicationasked about mods, guided me through loading files onto the MM3, even said they’d tweak anything if needed. That actually surprised me — the install process itself was straightforward and the rep walked me through it patiently, so I got hopeful. Then the truck went weird: sluggish throttle, multiple dash codes, lag, and pretty heavy smoke like it was overfueling. I messaged them and they promised follow-ups and adjustments. That was in January. Months later I’m still emailing twice a week with no real response. I’ve given them chances to fix it, and the initial kindness from the rep kept me waiting longer than I should have. In daily life the truck is my workhorse — hauling tools, trips to the dump, towing — so these drivability problems are a real nuisance. Bottom line: the order/install was simple and the rep’s help at first was genuine, but the lack of any meaningful follow-up has left me stuck. I took a chance; it didn’t pay off this time. If you rely on your truck daily, be cautious.
