I’ve given them chances to fix it, and the initial kindness from the rep kept me waiting longer than I should have. In daily life the truck is my workhorse — hauling tools, trips to the dump, towing — so these drivability problems are a real nuisance. Bottom line: the order/install was simple and the rep’s help at first was genuine, but the lack of any meaningful follow-up has left me stuck. I took a chance; it didn’t pay off this time. If you rely on your truck daily, be cautious.
