Returns & RefundsI ordered a bracelet from this company at first, but got sent the wrong one. So I reached out to customer service through email, they said sorry and promised to send me the right one. But, the correct bracelet never showed up. The one they did send me was not good quality and seemed cheap for what I paid. I felt really let down by the mix-up and the poor quality of the bracelet.

The advent calendar I received was filled with cheap items, and when I reached out for help on Instagram, they were no help at all. They used to be great, but now they've changed in a negative way. I spent $90 on this low-quality product and I want a refund right away!

Instead of replacing the items in my subscription, they only offer me store credit. I caution you about their subscription service!
