Subscription cancellation issue, delayed email response
Subscription cancellation issue, delayed email response
CommunicationI had such a frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription through email, and then waiting 3-4 days for a response. On top of that, I never even got the product I ordered. It was even harder because there was no phone support to help me out quickly.
Jewelry purchase
Jewelry purchase
CommunicationThe marketing content and emails from the company are really appealing, but when I got the actual jewelry, it didn't match up to what was shown in the marketing. The prices seemed a bit high for the quality I got. What really bothered me was how often I was getting those marketing emails. I set my preferences to get emails just once a month, but I was still getting them every day. It was just too much. I wanted to be on the email list to stay updated on any new collaborations or events, like the Harry Potter one, but getting so many emails was overwhelming.
Daisy choker order
Daisy choker order
CommunicationI ordered a daisy choker but it never showed up. I didn't get any shipping confirmation so I had to keep checking the mailbox every day. When it finally arrived, all they sent was some free stickers and said they ran out of stock on the choker without telling me first. Their website had bad communication and gave me false information.
