Halfway through the first use yesterday I noticed it felt light and precise, setup was instant, surprised it arrived same day and worked fine.

Started sceptical about the late delivery, complained, then they fixed it — now I use this daily for lunches too.

Halfway through the week my package showed up — I wasn't sure at first, had seen them on Instagram and a friend tipped me, so I ordered. Tracking hiccuped a bit and I asked support a question; reply was slow but useful. Everything arrived in perfect shape in two days, so yeah, pleasantly surprised, overall quite happy.

By the time Monday rolled around I was poking the site and the chat bot, thinking I’d hear something. I’d ordered Friday evening and asked to cancel right away because I picked the wrong item. No human reply, no obvious cancel button, then they shipped it Monday. Annoying — the customer service felt practically non-existent. When it did arrive and I finally tried it, the product was fine, actually. Glad it worked out, but the communication needs real work.
