CommunicationBy the time Monday rolled around I was poking the site and the chat bot, thinking I’d hear something. I’d ordered Friday evening and asked to cancel right away because I picked the wrong item. No human reply, no obvious cancel button, then they shipped it Monday. Annoying — the customer service felt practically non-existent. When it did arrive and I finally tried it, the product was fine, actually. Glad it worked out, but the communication needs real work.
