The person I talked to was really nice and gave me all the style numbers for the items that were in my cart before. With that info, it was easy for me to add them back and finish my purchase. Not only was the customer service rep patient and understanding, but she also spoke in a calming way that helped me relax. Even though I was annoyed at first, thanks to the helpful support I got, I ended up having a good experience.

Kristina, the rep I talked to, was super helpful. She worked hard to change the shipping address before the item was sent out. She even took the time to send me the new tracking details through text.
