Peel - Reviews and experiences

I bought a new phone case from this company, but I got a used one that looks all yellow and scratched up. I tried contacting customer service, but I haven't heard back from them at all. I'm pretty disappointed and annoyed about this whole situation as a customer.

I've been a big fan of Peel cases for a while now and have always been happy with the quality of their products. But the other day when I tried to buy a new phone case, I couldn't find the flexible kind that I like. So I reached out to customer service and was really impressed with how fast they replied. Within a day, they got back to me and showed me where to find the cases I wanted on the website. I'm super grateful for their quick and helpful service.

It was kinda weird how they wanted me to give feedback on my shopping experience before I even received my stuff. But anyway, placing the order was super easy. The shipping fees seemed high for such a small item. Can't they wait for me to actually get my order before asking for feedback again?
