App & PortalI just bought something from this online store and it honestly wasn't great. To start, ordering was a total nightmare. Their website was hard to figure out and it took forever to find what I wanted. Also, the customer service was pretty lousy. They didn't respond to my questions about my order. And the prices? Way too high for what I got. Plus, my delivery took forever and I had no updates or tracking info. Overall, my time with Pax Philomena was a letdown and I won't be going back there.
