DeliveryI ordered some pillows not long ago, but I never got them. I sent two emails to the company asking about my order, but I didn't hear back from them at all. Then, after waiting for almost three weeks, I got in touch with them again today, only to find out that they said the shipping would take 3-5 days. Even though I was let down, the person I spoke to was nice about it and said sorry for the trouble. I decided to just cancel my order because it seemed like they were still trying to figure out where my pillows were. It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience when I was excited to get those pillows and thought they would be good quality.
