Towels
I'm really disappointed with the towels I bought. After just a few months of using them, they already look so old and I need to get new ones. I have towels that are more than 20 years old and they're still in better shape than these new ones. It's obvious to me that those good reviews must be fake or written by staff because there's no way someone could honestly say these towels are good quality.
Misleading shipping
When I got my order, I couldn't believe it - only half was sent to me! And to top it off, I had to pay customs tax twice because they split it into two boxes without telling me. The towels were decent, but the customer service was terrible and they clearly didn't care about my experience. It was a major letdown, I felt like they didn't give a darn about my satisfaction as a customer.

I recently bought two sets of denim waffle towels from Onsen, eh. I was hoping to swap them for a different colour, but I've been trying to reach their customer service by email for two weeks now with no luck. I just wanted to ask if it was possible to exchange them for a different colour, even if the one I wanted was sold out. The fact that they haven't responded at all is really frustrating and disappointing, eh.
