Returns & RefundsI received this as a gift and I've been using it all the time. It's really good at not leaking and it keeps my drinks hot or cold for hours. Unfortunately, a piece of the lid broke, but thankfully their 10-year warranty worked and I got a new lid right away. Their customer service is amazing!

Returns & RefundsI just bought this bottle from the company, eh, and I was pretty bummed out when I found out the size it said on the label wasn't right. Turns out the bottle can only fit 400ml if you pour through the big opening, and it can only handle 490ml with the smaller one. It might not seem like a big deal, but when you buy a bottle that says 500ml, you expect it to actually be able to hold 500ml, right? I think I'm gonna return it because of this misleading advertising, for sure.
