Sat by the door like a weirdo. Never got the package. Customer service replied slow and polite, didn’t help much. Bit annoyed, just a heads up to others.

I nearly cancelled my order — waited days and was worried they'd vanish, but they fixed the sold-out mixup, so relieved.

Was skeptical (after past bad buys), but it arrived fast and my hair actually feels softer and more toned.

Bought it late September, first try from US to EU — delivery was quick, product solid, no customs, kinda relieved.

I got the letter and pamphlet, no sample — envelope had a slit so guess it fell out. Kind of frustrating, though pamphlet was actually helpful. Maybe tape envelopes next time.

Bought this because a cheap salon job left my curls fried and I needed something to try before cutting it off. Shipping was ridiculous and slow, I almost regretted ordering, but the moment I rinsed it out and my hair settled I knew it worked. Low price value, but glad it helped.

Ordered my Afro Bondox and it showed up fast — seriously quicker than other shops I tried. Was out for weeks so I’m pretty obsessed, already planning the next reapply soon, haha.

I'm really disappointed with my order I placed recently. It's been two weeks and my package is still in transit, and the worst part is that it's coming from the US! Now on top of the expensive shipping cost, I'll also have to pay custom fees. It would be so much better if orders were shipped from an EU warehouse for quicker delivery and cheaper shipping.

The shipping process with this company is a total nightmare, eh? I ordered some hair care products over a week ago and they're still stuck at the starting point. It's so frustrating that there hasn't been any updates or movement. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their shipping - my last order actually got lost. It's not right to have so many issues with one vendor. I'm really fed up with how poorly they handle things and I'll be searching for a more reliable option.

Ordering was super easy, didn't have any problems at all. But when my package showed up, I was a little let down to find the packaging all messed up. It looked like some of the product had spilled and the outside was stained, not very nice to look at. Even with that hiccup, the product still worked really well on my hair. I'll for sure think about ordering again, but I hope the packaging is in better shape next time.
