ServiceI recently bought a treadmill from this company and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The process of ordering was pretty easy, and I liked that there were lots of options on their website. However, I didn't think the customer service was that great. I had some questions about the product before I bought it, but it was hard to reach someone to help. Also, I wasn't too happy with the prices. The treadmill is good quality, but I felt like I could have found a better deal somewhere else. But, the delivery was quick and the treadmill came in good shape. Overall, I'd say my experience was okay, but they could do better with customer service and pricing.
