OverallI gotta tell ya, I was really let down by my recent experience with this company. Trying to place my order on their website was a total headache - the site kept glitching and it took ages to actually get my order in. And when I did, the customer service was lousy, with unhelpful and rude reps. And let's not even talk about the prices - way too expensive for what you actually get. Delivery was a whole other mess, being delayed multiple times, and when my order finally showed up, the packaging was all banged up. Overall, I was not impressed one bit.
