So, I bought a dress from this company not too long ago, eh? Gotta say, I was super let down. The dress I got looked nowhere near like how it did in the picture online. The fabric was crappy and the sequins were just falling off all over the place. I tried reaching out to customer service to see about returning it, but they were basically useless and stopped replying to my emails after one back and forth. I had to go through PayPal to dispute the charge and get my money back. All in all, a real bummer of a shopping experience, eh?

My recent experience with ordering a dress from this online shop was a total letdown. I found the website on a popular platform and decided to order a dress that ended up being totally different from what I picked out. The customer service folks weren't much help and didn't seem to care about my concerns. They kept telling me that the wrong dress was actually the one I ordered, even though I had photos proving otherwise. They didn't give me a return address for the item or offer any sort of refund for their mistake. All in all, dealing with this online shop was a real headache and left me feeling pretty disappointed.
