Napo - Reviews and experiences

The gloves I got from this store just aren't that great. They don't even seem like real leather and only one finger actually works on my phone. But hey, at least they look cool and fit nicely on my hands.

So, I wanted to share my recent gloves situation with you. When I got them, I noticed right away that the fingers were way too long. I tried both sizes, but even the small one had fingers that were too big - like half an inch longer than they should be. I've never had this issue with gloves before, so it was pretty disappointing. It's too bad because the leather quality was really good, and they had a nice variety of gloves. It's just too bad the sizing was so off.

I ordered a pair of gloves about six weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten them in the mail. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for help, but I can't seem to talk to a customer service person to sort things out. It's frustrating not hearing back and waiting so long for my order.

The touchscreen gloves I bought are already falling apart after just a few uses. The crochet material is coming undone, and the index finger feels looser than the others. Even though I've been careful with them and trimmed off any loose threads, I'm worried they won't last. It's handy to have touchscreen capability, but the loose fit makes it hard to use my radio while driving.
