App & PortalI think personalized business gifts are such a cool idea, so I was really looking forward to getting some stuff for my clients. But man, was I ever let down by the whole ordering process. The website was all glitchy, and it took ages to customize the things I wanted. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were no help at all and totally brushed off my questions. When my order finally showed up, the prices were way higher than I was expecting, and the quality of the products just didn't measure up. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing and won't be going back for more.
