Returns & RefundsI bought some small plants and I was really let down with how they looked. When they came, one was totally dead and the others looked half dead. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, and I couldn't believe what they said. They told me to plant the sick plants anyways and wait 6 weeks to see if they improve. Why would I bother putting in time and energy on plants that are obviously not healthy? Their promise of full satisfaction is a joke. I won't be coming back as a customer for sure.
