DeliveryI bought this because my lower back was killing me during a move and I thought it’d help — practical reason. Shipping looked fine at first, but then customs had questions and there was nobody to actually call. No real person to speak to, just emails, and that’s where it went sideways. Three months, three different postal attempts (one package even got sent back to me), and endless back-and-forth emails. I was getting pretty sceptical, honestly. After a lot of pestering they finally processed a refund, not quickly but eventually, so I’m relieved more than impressed. Overall useful item, shame the delivery and support were such a mess.
