Milanoo - Reviews and experiences

So I made a purchase on December 9th and I even paid extra for expedited shipping, thinking it would arrive between December 19th and 24th, just in time for Christmas. But here's the kicker, the order actually made it to the USA, specifically New Jersey, two weeks ago on December 14th, and now it's just stuck going back and forth between New Jersey and California for some unknown reason. They keep talking about these mysterious "Shipping Partners" who need to hand it off to USPS. The lack of communication and how long it's taking for them to respond to my messages is turning this whole thing into a complete nightmare.

I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I bought a pair of boots and paid for fast shipping to make sure they'd come before an event at the end of the month. But the tracking info says the package is going back and forth on planes, and there haven't been any updates for the last five days. I tried to reach out to customer service through the message centre, but I haven't heard back. I also tried calling them, but no one picked up. The lack of communication and the delivery delay has left me feeling annoyed and disappointed.

I just bought something and let me tell you, everything went super smoothly. I got exactly what I ordered and everything was in great shape. I'm really happy with my purchase. The whole thing was easy and I trusted that my stuff would show up safe and sound and right on time. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
