Returns & RefundsI wasn't too happy with the water bottle I got from this company. It came with a scratch as soon as I opened it, and when I looked closer, it seemed like it had already been used. They really need to step up their quality control. But, to their credit, they were quick to give me a refund after I left a bad review.
