Quick shipping, dodgy packing
Quick shipping, dodgy packing
I liked how fast the order arrived but I won’t trust them with small, delicate stuff again. I first heard about this shop from a friend who swears by their stock, so I decided to try it out (and yeah, a little bit of peer pressure). Shipping was surprisingly quick — ordered at the start of January and the box showed up in a few days, even with all the pandemic nonsense going on. That was the pleasant surprise. The rest was meh. They used a huge box for a handful of markers and pens, so things just rattled around. One marker arrived uncapped and had dried out, another had a dirty rubber band around it (felt used?). I popped the cap back on another one and it came right back to life after a few hours, which was unexpected and nice, but it still wasn’t perfect. I tried contacting customer service about the ruined marker and haven’t heard a peep back — that’s the real kicker. So: good speed, sketchy packing, poor follow-up. I might shop there in person if I’m nearby, but I’d avoid ordering fragile items online from them.

ProductI was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived, even with all the pandemic stuff going on. But I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how it was packaged. The box was way too big for the markers and pens I bought, so they ended up bouncing around and getting damaged on the way. One of my copic markers even had a dried-out tip because the cap came off during transit, and another marker had a dirty rubber band around it, like someone had used it before. I had to clean it up and find a new cap before I could use it. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but no one got back to me, even after a whole week. This whole experience has left me a bit cautious about shopping here online again.
