I was super bummed about the red prom dress I bought from this place. Even though customer service got back to me fast, the dress was just awful quality. It seriously looked like they just slapped two red sheets together instead of making a nice prom dress. And then they hit me with that £14.95 return fee, which I totally missed in my rush to find a dress my daughter would love. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from this store, especially for teens or if you're not sure about sizes. The quality and return rules just aren't worth it.
