Returns & RefundsI was really let down by this eyewear brand I tried out. I got my first pair and it was a total mess. I paid a good amount upfront, but the prescription lenses were way off. When I contacted customer service, they weren't willing to fix the mistake even though it wasn't a big deal. I ended up returning the glasses and only got a refund because the local supplier understood my frustration with the brand's lack of responsibility. It wasn't a great experience, so I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this brand.
