CommunicationSo I ordered those sunglasses online, eh? And get this, they didn't even send me a receipt or confirmation. But you know what? They took my money right off the bat! And then, on top of it all, the sunglasses showed up all damaged. So then I tried to order another pair for my partner, same deal! Maui Jim was so unhelpful and wouldn't even cancel the order. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers!
