Communicationreplies were polite but totally generic, so I sent a screenshot of the transaction. That wasn’t enough — they actually asked me for a full bank statement. That request felt wrong, invasive and frankly unnecessary, so I pushed back. After I complied (because I wanted the issue resolved), the tone changed to radio silence. I’ve had some online vendors take time but still ship; the strange thing here is not the wait, it’s the disappearing act after proof of payment. I don’t know if the product would’ve been fine if it showed up — it might have been — but the process has been poor. My ask is simple: send a tracking number or refund the $49.99 to the original card. That’s it.
