Right when my bank issued a provisional refund is when I felt relieved. I ordered two items in November — checkout was straightforward and a confirmation email came, so at first I thought fine. Nothing arrived by January, though, and the tracking stayed vague. I contacted the carrier, messaged the seller through support and Instagram several times, and heard nothing useful. After weeks of silence I opened a dispute with my card provider; once they acknowledged it and put the charge on hold I felt the problem was being handled. Annoying, but at least that worked.

I first saw this dress because a friend DM'd me the link — looked cute in the photos, so I ordered. Took nearly two months to arrive (lots of back-and-forth with customer service), and when it finally showed up it just didn’t feel right. The fabric is thin and plasticky, seams a bit messy and the cut hangs oddly on me — not at all like the flattering shots online. Size ran strangely too (I ordered my usual and it was off). On the plus side, the zipper works smoothly and the lining is actually soft, which was a weird little surprise. Still, overall it feels rushed, like they packed it to get it out the door. I asked for a refund and they offered 10% off a future purchase instead, which wasn’t helpful. I wouldn’t recommend buying if you expect the photos to match reality; might be okay for a quick one-time wear if you don’t care about fit, but I’m disappointed. Won’t be ordering again, and I’ve warned my friends.
