I'm so disappointed with LTS, they used to carry amazing stuff like Silver jeans and Karl Lagerfeld. But ever since they had that closing sale and reopened, the clothes just aren't as good. They don't even have designer items anymore, it's like a completely different store. Really unfortunate.

The order was okay, but returning stuff was a total nightmare. I got two sizes and had to send one back. Asking for the return was tough, and getting in touch with customer service took forever and didn't always help. Plus, had to pay a fee for each item I sent back and couldn't even do it all in one go for different orders. Definitely needs some fixing up.
