Long Tall Sally - Reviews and experiences

I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, so I ordered 2 online. Unfortunately, one didn't fit right and had to be returned. However, the LTS Tall Black Floral Frill Midi Dress was perfect! It fit me like it was made for me, with just the right amount of stretch. I felt so comfortable in it and was able to dance all night. The $12 return fee for the other dress was a bit annoying, but finding a dress that fit me so well made me super happy!

I just bought some stuff online and it was a bit hit or miss. Loved two of the things I got, but one was too big. Luckily, returning it was easy peasy and quick, so that was nice.

However, the yoga pants were a bit too long for my liking, so I decided to return them. The return process was so easy, no hassle at all. I really liked how simple it was to return them, sometimes it can be a real pain with other stores. Overall, I was happy with my shopping experience and would definitely think about shopping here again in the future. I found the prices to be reasonable, which is great for tall gals like me who struggle to find clothes that fit well.

The order was okay, but returning stuff was a total nightmare. I got two sizes and had to send one back. Asking for the return was tough, and getting in touch with customer service took forever and didn't always help. Plus, had to pay a fee for each item I sent back and couldn't even do it all in one go for different orders. Definitely needs some fixing up.
