ProductI wasn't expecting to get emotionally attached to a piece of stationery, but here we go — the card stock from Paper London actually feels solid, in a comforting way. It's got weight, the texture takes ink nicely, and it folds without that annoying crack. I had a small mix-up with my order and Helen at customer service walked me through the fix, quietly brilliant and patient. Made the whole thing feel easy, not like those other places where you're ping-ponged around. So yeah, I’ll keep ordering — partly for the paper, partly for Helen. Still, really happy customer.
