loose threads, a couple of tiny holes where filling peeked out, and zipper seams starting to fray. The pet modules showed the same sloppy stitching and odd ink-like marks on the fabric. I reached out to customer service over a week ago and haven't heard back yet, which is annoying — I’ve had companies respond faster in the past. Still, the set looks good once assembled and the fast delivery counts for a lot. I’m hopeful they’ll reply soon and sort the stitching, but right now I’m cautiously satisfied.

take extra photos when it arrives, test the cushions on day one, and push for escalation if support stalls. In the end I’m glad it worked out mostly, but keep expectations measured.

everything showed up in about a week, each cushion in its own solid little box, nicely packed. Assembly was low-key, everything clicked together without drama, and the frame felt sturdy right away. We picked the dark linen and after a few weeks it started to pill and felt a bit stiffer than I’d hoped. I emailed customer support and honestly, they were so easy to deal with. They offered same-fabric replacements or their newer chenille option — I went with chenille. Even though the covers had to come from overseas around the holidays, they turned up faster than I thought they would. I swapped them the same day, but then realized I was missing one cover. Sent another short note and they shipped that missing piece out immediately; it arrived in about a week. Their quick replies and the follow-through made the whole thing way less annoying than it could’ve been. Now the couch is soft and really comfy, lots of seating for visitors, and the modular setup has been super handy. I’ve already told my sister and a couple neighbours about it. Wouldn’t usually write a review, but felt like giving credit where it’s due — glad I gave them a shot.
