Language learning platform

They always talk about how they're the best for learning languages but honestly, their website is a disaster. It's so confusing and overwhelming that it's hard to find your way around and actually improve. It's almost impossible to have a good learning experience with a platform that's so messy.

Language learning membership

I'm really unhappy with the customer service on this language learning platform. I've been trying to cancel my membership since March, but no one has been getting back to me even though I've sent several emails. It's really frustrating that I've been charged for another membership without my permission. It's hard to cancel subscriptions on this platform, which just adds to the frustration of the whole customer experience.

Language learning platform

I found this website after trying out another language learning tool, and it's really helped me dive into the language. The idea of immersing yourself and copying like how kids learn their first language really does the trick!

Membership charge

I signed up for a membership and ended up getting charged even after it was supposed to be over. They changed the end date on the website without telling me. I didn't catch on until they charged me three times. I doubt I'll be able to get my money back.

Language learning tool

I gave this language learning platform a try, but man, it was really bad. It honestly seemed like the website was put together by someone who had no clue what they were doing. They probably thought they were making it fancy, but instead, they made it really confusing. I couldn't even navigate through to find the lessons, and adding new words was a complete nightmare. It's definitely not user-friendly, especially for something you're paying good money for. I felt like I was just throwing away my time and money using it.
