CommunicationI bought some glasses from that eyewear company and man, I was so let down by their sneaky sales tricks. The person I talked to on the phone straight up lied about Canadian prescription laws just to squeeze more cash out of me. When my glasses arrived, they didn't even have my prescription! And now they're talking about making me pay to send them back. That's not cool and I won't be shopping there again.
