CommunicationSo, I bought a fancy treadmill a while ago and, of course, I managed to lose the key that makes it work during a move. I went to the website to order a replacement, but it was out of stock with no idea when it would be available again. I decided to call customer service for advice. The person I spoke to mentioned an internal rewire option, but didn't have many details or instructions. Two weeks passed and I was almost ready to give up on my $2500 investment. Then, a helpful neighbor suggested I try putting some insulated copper wire in the key slot and securing it with tape. It worked perfectly, and only took 10 minutes. Despite this simple solution, customer service still hasn't contacted me. Definitely a frustrating situation all around!
