Hands-on help when it mattered

Service

Fiddling with the console, I almost gave up—manual had zero on how to enter test mode to calibrate the incline. I was wary about buying from a third‑party retailer after a couple of rough experiences with other brands, so I expected a headache. LifeSpan Europe, though, jumped in right away even though I hadn’t purchased directly from them. Quick, clear steps and patient follow-up fixed the motor issue. Still a little surprised at how painless it turned out. Saved me time and stress, and I appreciated the calm, practical support.

Quick fix, honestly relieved

Service

I almost didn't order — I was worried replacement parts would be a hassle since I rely on the controller daily. Messaged support and they replied fast, said they had the button and even gave a tip to slow the wear. Part showed up in a couple of days. Pretty happy, relieved, honestly.

Surprised by the speed, minor quirks

Product

well packed, heavy, and clearly made to last. Assembly wasn't instant - the manual skips a couple of small steps and I had to fumble with the right side rail for a bit - but once assembled the belt ran smooth and the motor is surprisingly quiet. I sent a question during setup and Ronald got back quickly and actually walked me through the alignment; that level of follow-through made a big difference. The machine itself feels premium, which softens the sting of the price tag - you can tell the materials aren't cheap. Not flawless: a small plastic trim didn't sit flush and I had to nudge it into place, so don't expect perfection out of the box. All in all I'm glad I bought from the brand site - fast delivery, good support, quality product.

Warranty roulette

Service

error codes started popping up and getting help turned into a game of telephone. Lifespan’s site lists a bunch of contact options but only one gives an automatic receipt; the rest are... crickets. Had to send the service request several times, months later it’s still not fixed. I’m annoyed, yeah, because warranty was the deciding factor. If support matched the treadmill, life would be easier.

Delivery and follow-up were messy

Service

solid, not too noisy, felt like a decent machine. Then about two months in I noticed a hot, kind of chemical smell and the motor getting warm. I reached out and basically got two messages saying “we’re looking into it” over the course of a couple weeks, then silence. Eventually they did send some replacement parts and a technician came out on July 10, 2025. Here’s the weird bit I actually liked: the tech didn’t pretend everything was fine — he ran it, smelled the burning, and told me straight up it’s the motor. The company, however, hadn’t sent a motor, thinking it might be the board or display, so nothing got fixed. The tech just inspected it, left with the parts he’d brought, and said there was nothing more he could do. They arranged a pickup afterwards but the person sent to collect it wouldn’t take it because it wasn’t on a pallet, so that fell apart too. I’ve emailed again and I’m waiting. So overall: delivery and customer service were poor, but the technician was honest and clear about the issue — that actually restored a bit of confidence that the problem was diagnosed correctly, even if the follow-through has been sloppy.

Small treadmill, big relief

Product

quiet enough for calls, steady, and honestly it changed how I get through long days. The one time something went off was on May 22 when an odd error popped up on the monitor. It was weird, it cleared the next day, and I kept using it, but I followed the site instructions and emailed support because I wanted to be covered if it came back. For three weeks I heard nothing, which made me nervous—what if it died and I had no help? I was half ready to be annoyed. Then, a few hours after I posted a blunt message about the silence, Lifespan replied. It turned out to be human error on their end; they sent troubleshooting steps, a possible fix and even offered a small compensation for the hassle. That was the first real moment I felt like, okay, they’ve got my back—if nothing else they responded and owned the mistake. Fast forward, the original error did return and this time I used their web form; they shipped a replacement part and it arrived within about ten days. When the part was installed the treadmill felt like new again and I remember thinking, quietly relieved, that this was worth it. I’d warned a couple friends to try it and now I tell them more confidently: the product itself is excellent and the service, after a rocky start, actually followed through. So yeah, the moment I knew I was satisfied was when the replacement part solved the persistent problem—simple, timely, and it worked. I still use it daily and would buy it again.
