CheckoutI just bought something online and it was a total disaster. I paid with PayPal, but the company said they never got the money, even though PayPal and my bank said they did. It was a huge hassle to sort it out - lots of messages back and forth, and I even had to complain to PayPal to get my cash back. It was so annoying and took up so much of my time and energy. I've never had this problem with online shopping before, and now I'm a bit nervous about buying from new companies in the future.
