CommunicationI opened the box and laughed — jersey was right, shoulders wrong. Delivery showed up on time, no drama, but the whole "we reach out to customers" thing? Crickets. I figured they'd double-check given the reviews, but never heard a peep. Had worse support elsewhere, so glad it arrived okay, just wish they checked.
