I recently bought some clothes from this online store for a special event I had coming up. But man, it was a bit of a mess. First off, I didn't even get a delivery date until the day of my event, which had already happened by then. And when the clothes finally showed up, they were way too tight in the arms, even though I made sure to order a bigger size than usual. I contacted customer service the next day, told them what happened, and asked for a refund. But they weren't having it. They said it was my fault for picking the wrong size and wouldn't give me my money back or let me return the clothes. It was a real letdown, you know? So, watch out when you're shopping with this online store. They don't really seem to care about making things right for their customers.

After I bought a dress from this company, I was pretty bummed out when it didn't fit right. I did everything they said to get a refund, and I even tried contacting them a bunch of times, but I never heard back about getting my money back. I thought they'd have better customer service, especially since they seem like a legit company online. But turns out, my experience with them has been pretty disappointing. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.

Do not buy anything your real size and the material is not good. I bought a jumpsuit and the material was so then it did not look thin in the pictures. And it fit horribly.. so just beware. The return process is not easy either so I probably just use everything as a dust rag my 16 year old couldn’t even wear the women size. Not happy at all.
