ServiceI just wanted to say that I was so grateful for how quickly the customer service team got back to me and how they really took the time to focus on my needs. It was clear that they saw me as a valuable customer and not just another person on their list. The extra care and attention they showed me really stood out compared to other companies I've dealt with before. It made me feel like a priority and not just a random customer in their database.

ServiceThe customer service at the store on 4th avenue was not that great. I went in there looking for some help to fix the padding in my sports bra because it keeps bunching up. The salesperson didn't take my concerns seriously, saying it never happens. I felt like they were making me doubt myself, so I ended up returning the bra since I didn't get any help. I tried asking again for a solution, but they weren't very helpful. However, I do like the quality of the bras there.
