I recently bought a knife sharpening kit from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. He was super helpful and made the exchange process really easy. Josh was quick to respond and even gave me a good deal on the right size kit. I recently bought 2 LED Cube Lights from this store and unfortunately, one of them showed up damaged because of a battery leak. So, I reached out to customer service and got in touch with a guy named Josh. Josh was super helpful and didn't hesitate to offer me a refund for the damaged light. But I really liked the light, so I asked if I could just get a replacement instead. Josh was on it right away and even got the replacement shipped to me at no extra cost. I was so impressed by how smoothly and efficiently they handled everything. Great customer service like that is hard to come by these days, eh?
