CommunicationI was so disappointed with my experience at Knife Country USA. I made an order for $89.00 thinking I'd get free shipping, but turns out it was a scam. They never said on their website that orders need to be under 3 lbs for the free shipping deal. I tried emailing their customer service, but it took them a whole 9 days to reply. That's just not cool and gives me a bad impression of their customer service.
