Package mix-up, but Eden helped
Package mix-up, but Eden helped
ServiceI opened the package expecting a thermal curling iron and found a bottle of conditioner. Not ideal. I fumbled through the site, got frustrated, and thought here we go again — like with other retailers that shrug. Eden stuck with me, calm and persistent, and she reordered the right item. I'm 65, not great with tech, so that meant a lot. Still, packing should be better. Glad it worked out in the end. I'll shop here again, but please tighten order checks.
Quick fix, solid delivery

Returns & RefundsI was halfway through my coffee when a friend sent me the link and I ordered on impulse. Ended up placing the same order twice. I emailed to cancel one and within minutes Nieky replied, confirmed cancellation and said refund was on its way. It was a weekend too, so that quick turnaround and the clear communication really stood out. Delivery arrived on time, no fuss. I told a colleague about it afterwards. Glad it all worked out and I’ll order again soon.
Delivery was okay, support hit or miss

ServiceI started using their products last month. First order went sideways because a welcome discount wouldn’t apply to one item and checkout forced me to remove it first, which was annoying. I contacted customer service. Two reps felt curt and not apologetic. Then Eden stepped in, listened, showed empathy and sorted it out. Delivery itself was fine — arrived on time and the box was intact. The items I tested work well so far. Would like phone support though. Felt frustrated at first, but relieved in the end.
Small find, solid fix

ServiceI first noticed Kitsch at a tiny gift shop near work and grabbed a few pieces to try. I told my colleague about them and she ordered too. For the most part everything has been solid. The big standout was when one of my orders came wrong — I reached out and they corrected it almost immediately, same-week turnaround, which genuinely surprised me. Packaging had a small dent once, but the product was fine. It's the sort of brand you can recommend without second thoughts. I still buy for myself and often get little gifts for family.

ProductStanding over my sink, dye spots on the counter, I didn't think another shampoo would help. I've tried a bunch of 'colour-care' lines, some were okay, some felt like a placebo. The argan oil shampoo and conditioner bars from Kitsch actually made my hair noticeably softer — like, less frizz, fewer flyaways, and for the first time I haven't felt the need for a keratin treatment. They rinse well, don't leave a weird residue, and the bars last longer than I expected. I did hit a hiccup with a subscription once, which was annoying, but customer service fixed it within half an hour. So yeah, happy it worked out, would recommend, with a small caveat about the subscription.

Productbetter hair mornings, softer-feeling skin, a minor upgrade that actually feels nice every night. When I'm getting ready for a date or just want to feel a little put together, slipping onto these feels tidy in a small way. Friends have even borrowed them and returned impressed (not that I trust them). Could they be more luxurious? Sure. But for the price and ease, I'm happy. A skeptical start turned into one of those small home wins. Repeat buy? Possible.
