I was told a refund would arrive in 3-5 working days after Sept 16. It didn't, so I emailed on the 25th; they repeated the same line and gave case KS1977223. I first saw the charge on my bank app, told my partner, and I'm relieved it landed.

I hesitated before I hit buy — something about the price and the sketchy shipping timeline made me pause. I went ahead anyway, thinking it would be fine (hopeful, dumb, whatever). Ordered in May and the tracking later said “undeliverable.” I checked my address twice (seriously, twice), called USPS and they said there was an attempt but no refusal. That’s where my doubts shifted into annoyance. Support from the seller was slow, repetitive and kept pointing at policies like that fixed everything. They blamed me for a delivery error and wanted restocking fees and surcharges — which felt wrong. After months of back-and-forth (copy-paste replies, lots of waiting) they refunded me, but it was $56 less than I paid and they still hinted I refused the package. I’m relieved I got something back, but honestly I’m not happy with the hassle. If you’re unsure, maybe look elsewhere — save yourself the runaround.

So, I picked up these new shoes and they looked super cool. Unfortunately, they were a bit tight on my feet, so I thought about swapping them. The folks at customer service were great, but the shipping and return charges were kind of pricey. I decided to try another pair, but they still didn't feel right. It's really disappointing how they don't take responsibility or care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend buying from KicksCrew because they don't back up their products and end up leaving customers with low-quality items and less money.
