Kate Backdrop - Reviews and experiences

So, I'm a photographer and I just got a bunch of new backdrops for my studio. Most of them are great, but there was one vintage floral backdrop that looked kinda pixelated, you know? I called customer service and they sent me a different print right away. They were really helpful and professional, which I appreciated. I just hope they make sure the resolution of their images matches the sizes they offer next time. But yeah, I was happy with their customer service and I'll definitely buy from them again.

I gotta say, the Boho backdrop I got from this company was just gorgeous. Like, the material was high quality and the print was so vibrant and clear. And let me tell you, I was totally blown away by the sweet little gifts that came with the package. It really made me feel special and appreciated as a customer.

Oh, and I can't forget to give a shoutout to Alice, the staff member who helped me out. She was super helpful and knew her stuff, making the whole ordering process a breeze. I really thank her for all the support and attention to detail.

OMG, the backdrops we got for our charity event were so cool! The quality was amazing and they really made our event awesome. Also, the company was super nice and supportive of our charity work in the Mathare slums. It really meant a lot to us and we're so thankful.
