My time at the store was really disappointing. The staff didn't seem very interested or helpful, and they hardly gave me any info about the products. I thought I'd get better service from a company that brags about being authentic and pure. The whole vibe was dull and not exciting, which made me pretty disappointed with what I bought.

I gotta say, these skin products from here did wonders for my skin after just a few uses. And let me tell ya, the customer service was top-notch. They were so helpful and quick to respond whenever I had any questions.

The smell coming from that store with the Ayurvedic products is so strong, it's just awful. You can smell it all over the place and even the kids have been complaining every time we walk by. Our neighbour next door, who has asthma, had to change her route to school just to avoid it. We tried talking to the store about it, but they didn't really listen to us. They said they turn off the smell at night, but that's not true at all. We've been living here for ten years and never had to deal with something like this before. It's a real pain for everyone in this area.

So I went to this place and was all hyped up for a nice head and hair treatment, but it ended up being a total painfest. They told me it would take an hour, but it was really just a quick back rub. And when they finally did get to my head, it felt like they were scrubbing it with a pumice stone! Ouch! I had to tell them to stop because it hurt so bad. My head was sore for hours afterward. It was honestly the worst, and I can't believe I shelled out cash for that.

My time at Kama Ayurveda was amazing! I really care about using natural and organic stuff on my skin, so I was so happy to find their Ayurvedic products. The staff there knew so much and listened to my skin issues to recommend the perfect products. The packaging was not only pretty but also good for the environment, which I love. After using the products for a while, my skin looked and felt so much better. I totally recommend Kama Ayurveda to anyone who wants top-notch, natural skincare based on the ancient Indian Ayurvedic science.
