I was so disappointed with my purchase and asked for my money back, but never got it. The customer service was no help at all and I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

Returns & RefundsI recently got this oversized wool sweater from your site, but I gotta say, I was so let down by the quality. It was way thicker than I thought, almost like wearing a carpet. Definitely not what I was expecting from those pictures online. And to top it off, it came with a missing shirt! That just made me even more disappointed. Now I'm trying to return it, but finding info on how to do that is such a struggle. I didn't get an order number or tracking number, and I don't know how to get a return label. Overall, my experience as a customer has been so frustrating and I'm just not happy with the product or service.
